Easiest Way To See Event History For a Single RIID?

Another department has an existing Event History Extract, so I can't generate a new Event History File for Export. What is the next easiest way to view, the send, open, click history for a single email address/riid?

If it's a SQL View, what are the names of the tables I will be joining? Thank you.
