Is there anyway to host an HTML file through Manage content and provide a link to view it

Hello I have a dummy html landing page but because it is only a testing phase we only want to show the link to external to view it and not creating a form for this. Is there anyway to host the html file and view it on your browser even if we haven't create a form?
