Multi-language email
Hi there,
We are in the process of translating our website into multiple languages and would also like the order confirmation email that the website triggers to reflect the language that the website was viewed in. When a order is completed the website currently triggers the Responsys REST API and in the API call it passes various details about the order which needs to be populated within the email template. We currently do this for one language. My question is, is it best to keep the one email campaign in Responsys that the website calls through the REST API, but just add
