Responsys program node to have a record leave one program to enter a new one

When is this going live? I was told in September last month, but never got any confirmation on when in September. Does anyone know?

EDIT: I was told that it is only through a ticket that this will be enabled for an account to be given this feature of throw and catch. There is no date given on when all accounts will be pushed with this feature.
