Getting "Rejected-SKIPPED AS NOT IN THE LIST" records from Connect import job

Hello,

I am scheduling connect jobs to import data into PET table. While importing few records gets skipped as they are not in Contact List. If a record gets rejected because of some data issue, we can download from import history. But I am not able to find out from where we can download these skipped record so that we can import these records into contact list first.
