MVT - How can I run a subject line test that works?

Hi everyone,

I have set up several multivariate tests with different subject lines and can't seem to get it to work properly. Analyze tab in program and Insight show no results.

In campaign I'm adding the MVT parameters (a second subject line), in program I enable multivariate testing and schedule it. I've scheduled where program runs at same time as campaign MVT and also with program running sooner to gather audience ahead of campaign. The program seems to be sending the campaign without running the MVT. When looking at the Analyze tab, it says the multivariate test is scheduled even though the program has already run and sent the campaign.
