Why Responsys BI does not show contact list fields for analysis
- Responsys Interactive Dashboard BI does not show columns from contact list such as RIID_ ,CUSTOMER_ID_ ,EMAIL_ADDRESS_ ,EMAIL_FORMAT_ ,EMAIL_PERMISSION_STATUS_,,MOBILE_NUMBER_ etc for analysis ..Is there any any reason why these columns are not exposed for BI?.
- I can see only one subject area by name "Email” for analysis. What are the other subject areas available for customers?.
