Is it possible to freeze the RPL into view to browser?

Hello I have an EDM which is using an RPL  ${dayadd(.now, 7)?string("yyyy-MM-dd")}  where in the date today will be adding 7 days,

It is functioning well, however there is a problem... What if the user clicked on the view to browser after the date it was send.. The view to browser value of the RPL will be the date when someone open the email + 30Days.... It shouldnt be like that , The value of the RPL should be the day that it was send + 30 Days, It is functioning well in the current email client (gmail, outlook,) however if it is being clicked on to browser .. The RPL value becomes the todays date + 30 Days..
