Where does .today and .now in RPL depends their basis?

Hi all,

I am using .now and .today on my edm, however I would like to test it for tomorrows date, I tried to change the timezone of my laptop however it doesnt work. Can  I ask where are they getting the exact date so I can test it? Or do you have any suggestion to test it thank you.
