Mass Delete Filtered Records

I'm looking for a way to mass-delete all records within a filter from our master list (a filter based upon lack of opens, for context). If there's a way to do this, it doesn't appear super apparent, in either the records menu populated by filters or via a program.

Anyone ever done anything of this nature? Thanks!
