SQL View Usage Restriction in Campaigns

Hi,

We are not able to access SQL View in campaigns. Is there any specific reason behind it. We are not using any behavioral data or referencing any internal tables. Still we are not able to access it. We were using SQL View for any complex personalization logic. Support team states that usage of SQL view will be deprecated after May, 2018. If so what could be the alternate solution for this.
