Can we use Responsys to send an internal domain of the organization without WARMUP/RAMPUP?

we would like to use the Responsys email campaign to send an email campaign to internal Organization Employees. So as we dont send to Gmail/Yahoo..  can we go ahead and send at volume like 10000 emails at once?

Will it have any impact on reputation or our Cold IP? does it also has to be like a WARMUP process only and slowly we have send emails?
