Way to calculate "unique" values from CED files in Responsys?

Hi all!
We are currently using a 3rd party BI tool to aggregate all of our data from our various platforms to analyze it. (Ex: an email send volume compared against a call center call volume to forecast staffing) We are exporting our CED files currently but are unable to export values such as "unique clicks/opens" among others. Does anyone currently have a way they calculate this outside of Interactive dashboards? Basically, is there a way through the CED files to determine if a click/open was unique and then calculate through that?
We are looking to have this data on a subscriber level, not a campaign level.
