UTF-8 encoding at Import Data doing wrong
What's up guy? Doing fine? Great!
So, I'm having a problem with the encoding at importing data on Responsys. Some special characters as á, ã, à, ç shows up as the symbol "�", and I have some points to consider:
At Account Settings:
- My "Default Language for the Account" is selected as Portuguese (Brazil).
- The Default Character Set as Unicode (UTF-8) and Recipient Locale as Portuguese
At Manage Lists
- On View Records, Charset is set as UTF-8 (but strangely it changes to Western European (ISO-8859-1))
At importing a new data, I always set File Charset Set as Unicode (UTF-8). Importing via Import Data (At Manage Lists) or Interact Connect Jobs result in � where I want an special character. The First_Name of our customers generally contains special characters, and with this problem I cant send an e-mail with Dinamic Content using their names.
