Can't login (ui.authentication.login.browserLoginNotAllowed)

Hello Topliners,

I been struggling to login to my Responsys as I'm getting ui.authentication.login.browserLoginNotAllowed error. I asked my colleague to follow resolution that I found on support portal, however he is getting an "unexpected error while processing"

Error states to contact Responsys Support Rep but not sure who internally could that be?

Any ideas?
