SMS campaign using Email acquisition template

Hi all!

I am trying to get the customer email by SMS campaign. To this I used the Email Acquisition template and build a program to launch campaign and receive the responses.

The settings of campaign and program are below. Note: We have the SMS two way enabled.

The SMS campaign is launched correctly but when the contatcs responde the messagge only received the "Error Message" and your response is not appear in the program.

I created a SR in support, but is in "analisys" from a few days.

Which could be the problem?
