Using possessive " 's " after Personalization Field

I was wondering if anyone knew how to make sure adding a possessive " 's " after a personalization field could be conditional based upon whether or not the name in the Personalization Field ends in "s".
For example, if I use "COMPANY_NAME" as the personalization field and there's a company called "Best Solutions", the possessive after that name should be written as " Best Solutions' ", not "Best Solutions's".
If I simply did "COMPANY_NAME" + " 's", the " 's" could be erroneously added to names that end in "s".
Does anyone have a solution or workaround that does not involve developers?
