Deletion of records from contact list

Hi,

I have a list filter say "XYZ" having 100k records which got created because of wrong import settings. Now i need to delete these records from contact list.I think previously there was some option to remove record from contact by uploading record file or something similar.Can anyone help me with the correct solution
