Linking responsys form to an email

Hi,

Maybe a basic question, but it´s not working for me so I guess I´m missing something:

I want to link a form to an email so I can send it to our clients, the key point is: I want the form to be personalized with their email (I already have all the codes on the form for that).

I made an hyperlink on the email with the statement:

$formlink(MX_C_PerfilMedGral, EMAIL_ADDRESS_)$

As indicated in the form usage, but the link doesn´t work.
