Responsys full domain delegation and how to obtain an SSL certificate

Dear Colleagues

our SSL supplier requires an admin@customer.com mailbox set up in order to issue the certificate. A full delegation on the sub domain “customer.com” has been made to Responsys.

is it possible to configure the mailbox admin@customer.com within Responsys?
