Not receiving the OPEN and Clicks

Hi, We are not receiving OPEN and CLICKS for our campaigns in Responsys. we don't know why it's happening till yesterday we are able to receive the "Open and Click" report for all our campaigns. We are receiving the reports in Interactive Dashboards. Kindly some one help us we already raised SR ticket but they are not providing the proper solutions. Regards, Munikrishna
