STO Program setup

Hi All,

We have STO requirement to send Email to all members who have STO timings between Friday to Sunday.

So to achieve this requirement we have updated the program. Program screenshot is attached. As per our understanding, STO send period is only 24 hours, so we kept 1 day timer after this step so that members with STO on Saturday and Sunday should also receive eDM on their specific times.

We have published this program on Friday and as per the setup members who have reached the STO step should have received the Email campaign by Sunday night. But on Monday we could see few of the members are waiting at the 1 day timer. This also means few members(around 0.5% out of eligible STO members) who have STO time on Friday-Sunday haven't received the eDM before Sunday night.
