Editing a Supplemental Table Data through Program or any other way?

Hello All,

I have a Supplemental Table in which data is added on a daily basis through Connect Job (Excel Files are Imported via Connect Jobs).

Now there is a Column in this Supplemental Table that I want to update (update through PL/SQL or SQL View) after the connect job is successful.

This update will happen on a daily basis so now how can I update this Supplemental table (don't want to do it manually).
