Administartion tab is not visible on the

unable to see the administartion tab

I have the Application implementation consultant role as well as HR analyst View All data role. I am still nto able to see the Administration Tab in the Oracle HCM BI page.

 

I am not sure if there are any specific roles that i need to have.
