Implementing Rapid Retarger - Cart Abandonned

Hi community,

I'm implementing rapid retargeter in my customer, I already has implemented and configured the Identify Visitor tag, but I can't utilize the other tags the others tags, like Browser Abandonned.

I'm following the documentation, and already have my Contantiner ID, Responsys Account ID and Sweep ID, but when try to implement the tags in my site, he's not work. I'm hashing the e-mail adress using private hash pool, and this action are dropping a cookie, but when I call this action in a program it's not work.

Someone know what we have to do for implement Cart Abandonned or some other rapid retargeter feature?
