Rapid Retargeter - Identify Visitor by Login

Hi community,

I know that RRT (Rapid Retargeting) works dropping a cookie and criptophing in hash a user e-mail, but I'd like to know if we can take RRT actions with a user that already is logged and inserted in Responsys profile list.

I'd like to know if has some possibility to use RRT actions without use Identify Visitor Tag, just taking user information from other way, without a login form, may using javascript or some bluekai coretag command.
