Deletion of records from profile extension and supplemental tables

Hi

I have a list of RIID / Email_Address having 4k records which got created because of wrong import settings. Now I need to delete these records from PETs and Supps (having 200k or more records in total). I think it's a good idea to remove a set record from PET/Supp by uploading a record file or something similar.

For contact list I know there is a "Change Channel Status" option, but this option is not available for PET/Supp. The only alternative I found was to delete all records and import only the valid (except deletion list having 4k records). But this is not a good option for us, because we dont want lose track of created and modified dates for the valid records.
