Email images not displaying in Hotmail/Outlook Live - new beta version?

This week we have been getting complaints that our images are not being displayed in our Responsys emails when delivered to Hotmail accounts. Does anyone know what has changed? What possibly do we need to do differently in our emails? The same emails display correctly in all other clients.

Is there something with the Responsys CDN that hotmail doesn't like with their new version?
