Frequency Governance

Hi

I've been working on a Frequency Governance Report that will track the performance during a give week for everyone that received:

1 campaign                               and opened 1 time   In a given week

2 campaigns                             and opened 1 time    In a given week

                       AND                   and opened 2 times  In a given week

3 campaigns                             and opened 1 time    In a given week

                       AND                   and opened 2 times  In a given week

                       AND                   and opened 3 times  In a given week

and so on....

I built the following filter but I'm getting the following error

I changed the filter to include campaigns categorized as ....but I'm concerned it is lower the counts by assuming it is in a program.
