how are you creating your forms in Responsys?

hello all,

i'm curious if anyone of you here are actively using the forms inside responsys?

i have spent many hours trying to make sense of the form features but they seem really clunky.

do you use them as survey forms or do you use them for data tagging?

also, do you use any third-party tool/agency to help create the form HTML?
