Responsys - Invalid Certificate

Hi,

I am renewing my ssl but when i upload it it sys invalid certificate. i've checked ssl validity using the link https://www.sslshopper.com/certificate-key-matcher.html  and choosing Check if a CSR and a Certificate match and it says The certificate and CSR match!

I am uploading two files domain.crt and domain.ca-bundle
