Campaign history not being written in Responsys between 2nd and 4th February

I wanted to check if anyone else experienced the same random issue that we did between 2nd and 4th February where campaign history, as in receipt of a particular campaign, was not updated in Responsys. We use receipt of a particular campaigns in campaign filters to prevent a customer from receiving these campaigns multiple times, and therefore the fact that the campaign history did not reflect receipt of a particular campaign caused some emails to be sent to customers multiple times. I am also raising this as an SR with Oracle Support, but just wanted to check if this issue
