Web form / Responsys Form - Is it possible to have a web form fill a Responsys Form?

Is there a way to set up a form on a website that can fill a Responsys hosted Form with some of the information entered into the web form?

This would allow us to keep our current cart checkout system and fill an email subscription form based on the information already filled by customer without the issue of drawing them away from the checkout process.
