BIF - View As Web Page showing wrong version

I have recently run into the web view of an email showing me a different version than in the inbox. I am passing a data field to the campaign that turns content on or off (simple personalization but I haven't seen this issue before). On the records marked TERMINATED=Y, we show a different content piece, but this is the piece that is failing on the web view.

Utilizing BIFs, this is our current View As Web URL: $clickthrough(mirrorPage,concat(mirrorPageURL=,prefilledform(campaignname())))$

Is there any further personalization I can send in the web view URL to force it to read this data?
