Email sent out with links swapped around

in Responsys

Hi there,

We had an issue last week (08/08/2019) where we sent a marketing email out of Responsys to a large volume of customers and then had lots of customers complain that the links in the email didn't go through to the intended page on our website, e.g. the main CTA linked through to our unsubscribe page. I have a open SR with Oracle Support to investigate this, but we are scared to send any more campaigns out of Responsys until we know what the cause of this was. Has anyone else had a similar issue with Responsys before?

Before anyone asks both myself and Oracle Support have sent out a proof of the same email from Responsys and the links were correct.
