Analyzing an audience returns blocked error

in Responsys

When I click on "Run" to Analyze an audience using the Responsys Audience Designer, I am getting the following message "One or more stages may be blocked". However looking through the Responsys Docs and Topliners, I am not finding anything about the possible issue. The platform is also not highlighting what the issue is caused by. Does anyone have an idea on how to solve this, please?
