Please help, send a campaign on the 1st and 15th day of its birth month

Hi,

We want to send a birthday campaign on the 1st & 15th day of their month of birth. Is this possible?

We currently only have a birthday column   like "18/12/1990", but we are not sure how to make a filter that could filter only the customers that this month is their birthday.

Any thoughts are appreciated.
