Can we change the subject line of auto-triggered Responsys email for form submissions?

Hello everyone,

I was hoping to see if anyone could help me figure out a solution to this issue!

Is there way to change the subject line of the auto-triggered Responsys email for form submissions? Currently, the subject line says, "Response Notification Email". We have multiple forms being routed to the same person, the forms have generic questions, making it difficult for the person to identify which form was used to submit the request.
