Quickly Find What You Need with Global Search

As a marketer, setting up and editing objects in Oracle Responsys – such as campaigns, programs, target audiences, etc. – become your daily tasks. For example, you may need to slightly change the targeting criteria of an email campaign that has been running for a while and vaguely remember its name. So you need a powerful and easy-to-use search capability to quickly find that campaign.

The new Oracle Responsys Global Search feature aligns well with our goal to improve usability and simplicity of Oracle Responsys applications. In the following sections, we provide a quick overview of this new feature.

Search Bar

Search bar is the start of your journey in finding objects. The top navigation is always available on every page, and it now has the ‘Search’ icon. The ‘Search’ icon provides you the flexibility to search for any object from any part of Oracle Responsys.
