Hello,

The IT deparment has some questions about of the security and infrastructure of Responsys, can you help me answer this questions?


Share how the following processes are carried out within the Oracle infrastructure:

Communications between components must be limited to a minimum by means of segregation, filtering and encryption elements (FWs, VPNs, VLANs, ACLs, NACL).

- The infrastructure security that is applied to separate the POD within the Oracle SaaS, to ensure the confidentiality and integrity of its information.


It must have encryption mechanisms during the entire data lifecycle in the following phases: In transit, in processing and at rest.
