    • IMPORTANT REMINDER: Oracle Responsys TLS 1.1 deprecation in July

    Responsys will deprecate the TLS 1.1 protocol for your environment on the following dates:

    • I8: Monday, July 28, 2021 from 3pm-4pm Pacific
    • I9: Wednesday, July 30, 2019 from 3pm-4pm Pacific

    Responsys supports modern browsers that support TLS 1.2 protocols. Any Internet connections to Responsys servers that use TLS 1.1, especially through Web Services API requests, will fail. TLS 1.1 deprecation dates and times for your environment are listed above.

    We recommend that you validate your API code against TLS 1.2 protocols, use the following endpoints:
