How many days does the data of a campaign reside in a Live Report in Oracle Responsys
In the Live Reports, the sent data sometimes lasts more than 7 days in some campaigns, in others after that time the records are no longer seen (in fact the last 500 records are always shown).
Is there a way to change that time range?
Even the bounces, unsubscriptions and others last more than 15 days.
What are Oracle's criteria on this?
