Responsys SSO with AzureAd

We are having a lot of trouble when trying to setup our SAML on Responsys. 

I'll go through it all so we can have a starting point.

1. We currently have 9 accounts at POD9 and they all need to be connected with AzureAd (Single Sign-On). 

2. Our Federation Id for the SSO is the user e-mail - we can't change that as we have our SSO connected to a lot of other services.

3. As of now, here is our configuration info - and it's the same for each Responsys account: 

4. We are able to create at AzureAd, more than one SSO for different urls and have different certificates – we actually tried that using the different urls that we have to access each instance (we don't access each from interact9 url, but from the
