Hello,

Would someone be able to explain to me the purpose of #SoftBounced table.

I've set the customer soft bounce parameters but am still unsure about how it exactly works with exclusion/inclusion dates and periods.

Also, I've not seen a rule anywhere, but in Responsys is there a point in which the system marks Soft Bounces as Hard Bounces (say after a 10 bounce period)?
