Email skipped when the personalization in the subject line cannot be resolved
Hello,
I am sending a campaign where my subject line includes the city personalization ( ${ContactList.City}).
I have 2 Oracle -Responsys accounts and in one of them when one of my recipients does not have a value for the city personalization then she/he receives an email with empty value for the city personalization. In my second account when my recipient does not have a value for the city personalization then the entire send to this recipient is skipped.
Given that the campaign configuration is exactly the same in both accounts, do you know if there is an account level setup that prevents sending to a recipient if a personalization in the email content is not resolved?
