Attributing App Conversions to an Email Click

I'm wondering if it's possible to attribute app conversions to an email click if the email was deep linking into the app.


Email goes out with deep links into the Mobile App

Customer clicks a link - goes to app - makes a purchase

Is it possible to have that purchase attributed to the email campaign? If so, how?

Our app has the Responsys SDK set up but from the documentation I've seen, it can only attribute conversions back to PUSH/Rich PUSH/InApp messages.
