Configure a mobile app in Responsys

Hi all,

i have a question: if the branded domain is not configured for a responsys account, is not possible to configure a mobile app in this account?

The problem is our app dev team is trying to configure a mobile app, but when downloading the configuration json  the "conversionUrl" is missing inside it. Anyone knows the reason?
