Responsys outages

Hello

We can see the responsys platform for our application is down. There is no planned outage now - can you please confirm if any outage happening at the moment.

Also we do not receive email from "Oracle Responsys Customer Bulletins <no-reply@notify.responsys.net>". Please can you help with that.
