Custom tracking pixel location

Is it possible to assign a custom location to the default tracking pixel? For example by inserting RPL or a variable instead of checking "top" or "bottom" in the campaign settings.

The reason for this is that the customer is using another external tracking pixel, which needs to be in the top. But the Responsys tracking pixel can't be in the bottom either, so should ideally be under the external tracking pixel.
