Issue with the field EMAIL_PERMISSION_STATUS during connect jobs
in Responsys
Hello,
We have encountered a troublesome issue with the field EMAIL_PERMISSION_STATUS.
When a new contact is created via connect job, if the email address of the contact is empty, the field EMAIL_PERMISSION_STATUS is automatically valued to opt out by Responsys.
This is not an issue by itself, but once the same contact is updated in a future execution of the connect job with a valid email address, the field stays at opt out.
This is an issue because this contact now possesses a valid email address but it cannot be contacted by commercial campaigns.
Has anyone else encountered this issue? How can we solve it ?
